A ship, a mountain, a valley, a railway, a gate — or something that exists only in your imagination. Bauhaus Construction Game is an open-ended wooden construction set where simple geometric pieces become whatever you choose to create.

Designed by Alma Siedhoff-Buscher in 1923 as part of the children's room for the iconic Haus am Horn in Weimar, the game embodies one of the fundamental ideas of the Bauhaus: that design can be both beautiful and functional, while leaving room for experimentation and individual creativity.

The set consists of geometric coloured pieces in maple wood that can be freely arranged and combined. There is no predetermined model to follow. Instead, the same pieces can become completely different structures depending on how they are assembled and the imagination of the person playing.

More than a construction set, it is a piece of design history — equally suited to creative exploration and to collectors who appreciate the legacy of modernist design.
