What if a simple set of wooden blocks could bring a design icon back to life?

Factory Town Blocks by Ladislav Sutnar is far more than a construction toy. It is a faithful re-edition of one of the earliest masterpieces of modern toy design, inviting children and adults to explore architecture, creativity, and geometric composition through play.

Created in 1921 by Czech designer Ladislav Sutnar (1897–1976), the original Factory Town reflects the principles of the Bauhaus movement, combining bold colours, simple geometric shapes, and functional design in a timeless educational toy. Conceived to encourage creative thinking and spatial exploration, it remains as inspiring today as it was more than a century ago.

Only three original copies of Factory Town are known to exist today, including one exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. This edition celebrates Sutnar's remarkable legacy, making an important piece of design history accessible to a new generation.

With 33 wooden blocks, children can build colourful cities, architectural structures, and imaginative worlds while developing creativity, spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and problem-solving abilities through open-ended play.
