Transformations is a visual game that invites you to create ever-changing sequences, unexpected connections, and visual stories. With 60 illustrated cards that can be placed horizontally or vertically, every new combination creates a different journey.

Animals seen from near and far, tree canopies and roots, flowers, acorns, and other elements become building blocks for endless visual compositions. Place, connect, transform, and rearrange the cards to discover new relationships between images and create stories that are never quite the same twice.

The cards can lead in countless directions. A sequence might begin in an underground burrow and gradually rise towards the sky, revealing surprising changes along the way. There is no single path to follow: each card opens up a new possibility and invites you to decide what comes next.

Designed by Bruno Munari and Giovanni Belgrano in 1975, Transformations combines visual exploration with storytelling. As players organise the cards and interpret the connections between images, the game develops both language skills and spatial organisation, while encouraging imagination and creative thinking.
